Cookies
This site sets no cookies for ordinary visitors. One necessary cookie exists for staff sign-in, and one local setting remembers your choice if the Google consent banner has been shown. Google cookies are set only after you press Allow.
Change or withdraw your cookie choice (reloads the page; only relevant when Google measurement is active).
Who receives data
The website runs on Cloudflare's European network, which processes traffic on our behalf as data processor. Enquiry emails are received in Tvilum's Microsoft 365 mail system. Google receives data only in the consent-based scenario above. We do not sell personal data and we do not combine website data with data from other sources.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to tvilum@tvilum.com. You can complain to Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.
Changes
We update this notice when the website's processing changes, and the date above changes with it. The corporate privacy policy for Tvilum's other systems (dealer portal, recruitment, newsletters) is published separately on Tvilum's main website.
